🌸RETURNS

We want all of our customers to be pleased with their orders. However, if this is not the case, you have 14 days to return your item(s) from date of dispatch.

• Please email us at aureliejewelleryuk@gmail.com to request return or exchange and you will be able to print off a return label or you will receive a QR code (at a charge of £3.99).

• All products must be returned unworn.

• We do not accept returns of any earrings due to hygiene reasons, regardless of whether the item has been removed from the packaging or not.
The safety of our customers is of the utmost importance to us.

•To be eligible for a return, all item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
